About us

The “Perelik” Project is developed by “Sport and Tourist Centre Perelik” AD, the Smolyan Municipality and the consultants-  “Alfa Developments” EAD, Dianeige and DGA/ Diener Guirard Architecture.
 

The participation of the Smolyan Municipality guarantees the reconciling of the investment interests and the needs of the regional economical development. The partnership in the project between public and private sectors presents clearly presents how the business and the state can cooperate in order to achieve  a common goal.
The chairman of the Board of Directors is Mr. Kiril Assenov who has dedicated himeself over the last 10 years  to turn the project “Perelik” into reality.

“Sport and Tourist Centre Perelik” AD has been awarded First Class Investor Certificate by the Bulgarian Investment Agency.
The “Perelik” project is aiming at sustainable development at all stages of its realization. After the finalization of it there will be 200 km of ski tracks, 65 ski lifts, 2 golf courses, an aqua park, biathlon stadium, horse centre, adventure park and play zone for children.

The motto of the complex is “beautiful nature, happy tourists”.
