DGA / Diener Guirard Architecture, represented by Mr. Pierre Diener, an urban architect, well known for his innovatory creations in the field of mountain tourism and eco- resorts building. He has significant experience in working for the leading companies in tourism such as Pierre & Vacances, Club Mediterrannee, American Marriot group. DGA has been entrusted with the design project of the first European eco-village “Belle dune” and the holiday complex Center Parks - Lac de l’Ailette in Picardy.
“Alfa Developments” EAD is part of the Alfa Finance Holding AD- structure, established in year 2005 by a highly qualified team of financial experts. The company has achieved a solid portfolio of over 500 000 sq.m projects for its two-year existence. The projects include all sectors of tourism, housing, office, and logistics. The company is currently developing over 10 projects in Bulgaria and plans to extend its business in the neighbour Balkan countries.
